Susan Baldwin is a transactional attorney, helping clients navigate the world of mergers and acquisitions. Before joining SK&S, Susan worked in-house for a Denver-based company negotiating and drafting hundreds of deal documents, including purchase agreements, merger agreements, escrow agreements, paying agent agreements and more. With a keen eye for details, Susan enjoys making each deal document read cleanly and ensuring that the document effects the client’s goals.

Prior to moving back to Colorado in 2021, Susan practiced civil litigation in New York. She is glad to be close to the mountains again, where she loves spending time with her family and pup.

Susan received her J.D. from the Cardozo School of Law in New York City and her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder. ’Sko Buffs!
